Others can contribute, but please note that real justice in no way entails anything anyone believes, so if one desires to make an argument based on any belief, please don't. Please realize, too, that every ideology is based on beliefs as surely as any theology is. For instance, a belief in equality can be based on God or the theory of evolution, but it is still a belief. It isn't something that can be validated by observation.
